All products will be shipped within three working days of receiving the order.   

International orders are shipped via international air parcel post and shipping times from the date of despatch are 3 - 10 working days.  International orders carry a shipping and packaging cost of 2 US cents per gram. 

New Zealand orders are shipped via Fastways Couriers and shipping times from the date of despatch are 1 - 3 days.  New Zealand shipping and packaging charges are $12.00 (NZD) including GST.

All walking sticks are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy custom made carton to ensure safe delivery.
